Chicken, Artichokes and Mushrooms

The writer has recently discovered a love for artichokes and shares their journey of trying different artichoke dishes, eventually creating a chicken, artichoke, and mushroom dish with a dijon cream sauce. They adapted the recipe from Annie's Eats and are excited to make it for someone named Jesse when they return from China.
